In Sezóna Restaurant, in addition to our standard menu, there is every day a special offer provided for you which is based on the most important things – freshness and a variety of ingredients. We select verified suppliers for our ingredients. Menu and the entire cuisine are built around our chef Martin – around his taste, courage for innovations and willingness to accept new challenges. He ferments, dries, preserves and prepares everything himself from scratch. He hands his approach and enthusiasm over to the entire team, which he manages with a clear vision and emphasis on honesty and creativity.
